Subject: Thanks   Hi Bernadette---I went over to the Enota house today to look at the repairs and found the crack that the repairman was talking about that he repaired on Saturday. Glad that he did that! Not sure how we missed that one but it is good to have it repaired. Also saw the repair of the long crack and he did an excellent job. I put a check for $625  in the mail to you this afternoon. Again, thank you for helping me get these repairs done quickly. I know I was probably a pain at times! The home inspector is coming on Friday and hopefully everything will pass inspection. Thank- you again for your patience and help. Joan

I am writing to make arrangements in advance for the transfer of the SiR Stucco Moisture Guarantee to the home buyer.   For your convenience, attached is the SiR Stucco Moisture Guarantee dated April 2012.

Please send me the necessary paperwork, including anything you want me to sign, for delivery to buyer at closing so that the buyer may contact you after the closing to effect the transfer of the warranty transfer without my further involvement.

If there will be any transfer fees,  please let me know so that I can reimburse buyer in advance.  (I hope there will not be any.)

Thank you for promptly getting the signed Stucco Moisture Guarantee back to me before our closing.  My clients successfully closed on their home April 10th and it was a "Happy Day".  Their are so many factors involved in purchasing a home, but the Stucco Moisture Guarantee certainly gave my clients peace of mind in purchasing their new stucco home.
