Gene and I wanted to thank you for returning the $100 overage that we sent to SIR. Of course, we wouldn’t expect anything less from you. It’s interesting that we have stumbled on to money due to us by other companies and have been told it’s up to us to figure out if we are due money. What?? That’s sad. Please send me the necessary paperwork, including anything you want me to sign, for delivery to buyer at closing so that the buyer may contact you after the closing to effect the transfer of the warranty transfer without my further involvement.
If there will be any transfer fees, please let me know so that I can reimburse buyer in advance. (I hope there will not be any.)

They provided us with an inspection report last summer and followed up with some minor repair work.
